Nick recently sold our property for us. Given it was a unit, the market wasn't great. However, he did a fantastic job of ensuring not only that it sold, but sold quickly and for a price we were happy with. Nick was always contactable, and made an effort to check in very regularly. We both found Nick to be reliable, honest and genuine in all our dealings. Something that is sometimes lacking in many agents.
