I was looking to buy a home when I came across Anne at an open house. Anne called to follow up for feedback after that open house and, while I wasn't interested in that particular property, I was impressed by her efficient, warm and friendly manner such that when it came time to sell my own home, she was one of the agents who I invited around to do an appraisal. I will admit that until that point, I had been minded to list with the agent we had recently purchased a house from. Once Anne came around, I changed my mind. Anne attended my house armed with various material showing she had thoroughly researched the market in my area - including sale prices, trends, and marketing methods. She listened to me, and was motivated, frank, organised and showed an attention to detail while coordinating many things which made me feel confident in her ability. She did not apply any pressure whatsoever to list with her, however once we purchased a house I phoned Anne immediatley and engaged her services to sell my home. Within 24 hours everything was booked, and I was provided with a detailed calendar noting matters including open houses, call back schedules to potential buyers, potential auction dates should I decide to proceed to auction, and more. Anne kept in regular contact, was completely reliable, and never disappointed. I got a contract on my house after Anne happily conducted several private inspections before the first open house. Throughout the conditional period, Anne kept in regular contact and continued to actively market my home, and I not once doubted that she was doing the best job for me which could be done. I was, and remain, so impressed at her professional and hardworking manner. Her attention to detail is second to none, and I really believe these things make a difference and are a combination which is hard to find. I do not hesitate in recommending Anne highly to anyone looking to sell their home.
