I was looking to buy a home when I came across Anne at an open house. Overall I was pleased with how Mathew managed the sale of my property, I will use him again, and would recommend him to others. He is experienced and professional. Mathew communicated with me regularly and provided me with the information and help I needed. The one improvement area, is regarding his inital valuation or expected sale price, where Mathew was overly optimistic before we put the property on the market, but then the final sale price ended up significantly lower.
