The experience was so much better than I anticipated given how much work had to be completed and the general angst of selling a house. We had previously met Broderick at an Auction nearby and he phoned us to say that he had rescued our dog. I thought that was a good enough reason to ask him to market and sell our Villa. We soon realized that Broderick had been correctly engaged and in rather rapid time he had our Villa on the market.
