Amazing service
Alex was amazing throughout the entire process of purchasing my property. From making herself available at last minute notice and organise impromptu inspections all the way to finally finding the house for me and assisting in the purchasing process to ensuring a smooth transition. She was attentive with phone calls and messages often contacting out of hours or in her days off to keep me updated if she had or hadn’t heard any updates because she understood how stressful this process can be. I felt well informed the entire time. And if all this from a professional point of view isn’t enough I also found her friendly, approachable, nothing was too much effort. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend Alex and use her in the future.

I have worked with a number of agents over the years and by far a more pleasant, understanding,hard working with great communication skills agent, you would be hard pressed to find. Jon goes way above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. Before the sale, he was always available to answer questions and arrange viewings. During negotiations, he was straight down the line, helpful, friendly and supportive, and made things really easy. Since the sale, he has arranged for extra access to allow us to get a head start with quotes from trades, plus a viewing for the kids who hadn't seen their new holiday home. He's been fab, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated real estate professional on the Island.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jon for his diligent and professional approach to helping Wendy and I to find a suitable holiday house on Phillip Island. His bright, friendly personality and his attention to detail in showing us the features of each house we inspected was much appreciated. Our short notice in requesting several inspections of the property we finally purchased was accommodated without hesitation and any questions, requiring communication between the vendor and buyer, were answered promptly and to our satisfaction through such means as messaging, email and direct phone calls. In essence nothing was too much trouble so once again can I express my sincere thanks with regard to all matters pertaining to our purchase. We look forward to many years of enjoyment in our new second home in Cowes.

Alex's was knowledgeable, friendly and kept us up-to-date
Alex understood our needs and was respectful of the price we wanted to get without asking us to reduce it. She listened to why we thought the house was worth the price. We are very happy with the result. We can't thank Alex and the Ray White team enough for their professionalism, knowledge of the area and enthusiasm for the work they do.

Friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
Jon showed me the property I purchased and I am so pleased he did, I am overjoyed with my new home! I found Jon to be a great communicator and was very responsive to my calls and emails. He was knowledgeable about the area I purchased in and enthusiastically pointed out the positives that were relevant to me and my family such access to school snd shops , quick access to the beach etc. I have no hesitation in recommending Jon to assist with your real estate matters

First class service all the way!
Amber patiently worked with me while I was selling my home and looking to relocate to Cowes. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Amber always went out of her way to assist me by showing me properties and providing knowledge of the area. Amber is so professional as well as genuine and friendly. I enjoyed the experience of working with Amber and will be recommending her to everyone! Amber found me my perfect home and from the moment I signed up I was looked after every step of the way. I must also thank Bec the listing agent who was there in the background all the way to settlement. A+ Service with a smile!
Jon was friendly and professional from the getgo. A young Island local who too has recently purchased his first house. I have to really appreciate Jon’s honestly about the property market, he always seemed to have our best interests in mind making him a real stand out from the crowd. Not only did he take the time to get to know us and find us our prefect first home but also guided us through the stressful process of settlement. We honestly can’t thank you enough!
