To say our decision to not only buy but sell on Phillip Island at short notice would be an understatement. Only after deciding to put an offer on what we consider our dream location in Rose Avenue Cowes, did the realities and concern of could we make it happen, kicked in. At the first open for inspection at Rose Ave and our first meeting with Amber Formosa from the Cowes Ray White office, we found her infectious smile and friendly manner put us at ease straight away and we are pleased to say her professionalism made it all happen with a minimum of fuss. Of course making an offer was only the start, our major concern was the timely sale of our existing home in Silverleaves and as properties can move rather slowly on the island, it became the priority. We thus hoped giving the sale of our existing house to Ray White Cowes office as well would be extra motivation with our own purchase depending on it. But we were overjoyed when Amber and the Ray White team sold it so quickly and we then knew we could pursue the transaction on Rose Ave. All the way through Amber and Cowes office were so patient with our different queries. Nothing ever appeared a problem with Amber and the team, being so responsive and friendly, it was a pleasure working with them. Ray White and Amber surpassed all our expectation and we would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to family and friends.
