Fantastic Results
Amber couldn't have been more helpful. She kept us informed throughout the whole process. She found us a purchaser within the first three weeks. In fact we received 4 offers on the one weekend, with one of the offers exceeding all our expectations. Amber is happy to answer all your questions and nothing is a problem.

A Result far above our expectations (and other Real Estate firms we spoke with)
We needed a good price in order to move to the suburb we were looking at; other agents' estimates were both below what we needed and what we considered our property was worth. The whole team were good but Jon was excellent; leading us through the requirements to maximise it's presentation and doing all he could to keep us calm. We had a few show days with little interest but Jon kept us positive; eventually we had a good offer and were ready to jump at it but Jon assured us there was a bit more he could pull; trusting his judgement we said ok give it a go but were nervous as hell. Sweated over a weekend waiting and hoping and all came good. We ended up with quick sale and a top price - well over the other sale prices we had seen in our area and 15% above the top prices we had from alternative agents.
