This has been an extremely difficult and long sale but Nick and his team have gone above and beyond the call of duty and have shown a professional and helpful attitude that seems to be rare in business these days. An excellent outcome, both Nick and Petra understood the market and the Home sold after the first showing. Realistically priced and a very professional job by all .
