Sold at second open
I had done extensive research prior to listing and found Nick and Petra had consistently outperformed other agents when selling similar properties in the area hence I invited them to give me a valuation, along with several other agents. I found their appraisal to be open and honest and consistent with my research, they did not over or under estimate the value and explained potential reasons for the differing achieved values between properties. The property sold at its second open at a price consistent with my researched expectations and Nick's appraisal. Communication during the process was excellent and when the time comes to sell my investment property in the same area, I will use them again.
