I was actually looking for to dealing with the office as i had had previous meets with the agent. I hoped all would go smoothly but then things changed. My original offer was misrepresented to the vendor, and then when i received the correct paperwork, the communication with the vendor seemed to make him nervous with me as a purchaser. This was compounded by an email sent from my mortgage broker to the agent trying to offer some sort of smoothing over was forwarded directly to the vendor who promptly rang my broker to "discuss" my application. Both of these facts, mixed in with what seems to be a nervous vendor lead to believe that there wasn't that much management going on, or clears explanations, or even admitting that incorrect paperwork was sent out by them and that my position had not changed. OK thats done. The admin side of things, taken care of by Jessica was great. Even though it was an awkward position that was going on with timeframes and locations, she was extremely professional. Responded fantastically to emails, and called back when she said she would. It made that side of things easier to deal with. I would use Ray Whites Port Adelaide again as things worked out in the end, but due to the support team as opposed to the sales team.
