Great agent made selling our home easy and a whole lot of fun.
Petra is a great person to have on your side when selling your house. She knows the market well and readily shares this knowledge with you when making a judgement on your property value. She offers good and honest advice when asked but does not try to influence your decisions. She has an easy going personality that readily makes you feel at ease. She keeps you well informed of the whole sale process as it occurs which we feel is very important.

Trusted and Supportive
Nick really knows the current market in Alberton (look around he sells must homes in the area) and especially knows how to market and sell character homes. He negotiated commission and other costs fairly and quickly with us . Nick communicated with us on a regular basis so we knew what was happening at every stage of the sale process. We found selling our dearly loved home very stress free and we felt very comfortable with Nick supporting us to get the best price. Thanks also to his team that were relaxed and friendly but always professional. Special thanks to Nathaniel who helped with openings etc.

Great service and support throughout sale process
Even though we had moved inter-state and handed the whole sales process to Nick, he was extremely efficient and responsive and provided fantastic service and support throughout all steps in the sale process. This included managing all the painters, cleaners before the sale and then the viewings and auction itself. We can highly recommend Nick.
