Petra came to our door out of the blue and I thought that was incredibly brave. In this day and age one gets so many unnecessary telephone calls and email messages from all sorts of people and there is little face to face contact. Ironically door knocking, which was a nuisance a decade or so, is now a rarity and that is one reason why I invited Petra in. The other reason was that her manner was so fresh and honest, and as I said, really courageous. Her exuberance is balanced by focus and intelligence. We did not want to sell our home of residence but instead wished to sell a little investment cottage on the corner of our street. Everything went so smoothly thanks to Petra
