I had a poor experience in Port Augusta where I contacted agents about 5 properties listed on realestate.com.au In each case the properties were no longer available. I was in the town 3 days and had no inspections. In Whyalla some agents did not reply to my enquiries. In Leah's case she knew I was interested in a property and followed up when a sale fell through. It was an ideal property and I am glad she took the initiative to arrange an inspection for me. Recommended.

We were ever so grateful to have had Leah Kirk in buying our new home on Nicolson Ave, Whyalla Stuart. She was always keeping us updated on the progress of the steps that you had to go through. Was always easy to contact to go and see the property that we were interested in buying. Which by the way we went there three times. Leah was also very good in getting everything organised for us to move in a week before the settlement date as we had also sold our previous house with her also. She made our transition very easy.
