Leah certainly had a challenge ahead of her when we wanted to sell our home. A masonette from the 70s that we needed to get a reasonable offer on, in one of the less desirable areas of the town, in one of the biggest economical downturns of the towns history!! Not a small ask! But she didn’t baulk! She was understanding and respectful of our position and took on the challenge for us! It was not a quick sale by any means, with the property on the markets for just over 4 years.
