Charmaine was professional and friendly throughout our purchase process. Our purchase became particularly complicated, but Charmaine maintained the lines of communication throughout the process, working hard for both the vendor and us as the purchasers. We would highly recommend Charmaine without hesitation.

When I first met Charmaine in November I could see she was passionate about selling houses &especially about selling my older house. She explained she had a number of clients waiting to buy houses in Pt Augusta area. The first opening of my house attracted 19 people. Every time she came to my house we chatted away like old friends. Nothing was too much trouble & it was a big help when she pointed me in the right direction for various tradespeople. She let me leave my furniture in the house to show it was a comfortable family home. She is the best real estate agent I have ever come across. Janice

I purchased this property a few years ago from Ray White Port Augusta and owing to family circumstances have been forced to sell. I used Ray White Port Augusta to sell and could not be more pleased with the service provided by the office and Charmaine. Well done.
