The timing for selling the property was not ideal due to many factors, including the federal election, changes to the conditions for buyers obtaining finance. The initial price indications were not realised due to these conditions and the lack of interest from developers.

Our original contact with Ray White was with Rose who was charming and efficient. Ian became our 'main man' and we were very happy with his professional approach and constant feedback. Every week there were updates and discussions about options given the low market for apartments. Ian and Rose and their team were really very committed to making sure that the apartment was well presented and that viewers were followed up. In the end we sold and that is all that matters.
