After many years of Brads team at Ray White managing our investment it was a easy decision to go to the market and see what other agents could offer. After meeting with a few in area agents and Brad it was clear to us that we were already in the best hands. Brad and his team were always great with calling us throughout the sale with updates, we always new what was happening and more so the buyer feedback reporting was second to none. We had owned the property for some time but Brad always had our properties value as important when other agents would pull us back hard to lower pricing. Thanks to Brad, Hayley and our long standing manager Bernice on working through the renovations and sale. As we are an absentee owner, it is always challenging to facilitate and organise this process, but you made it smooth.
