I am surprised at how quickly I've felt at home in Jerrabomberra. I've been enjoying walking about appreciating the variety of gardens, beautiful trees plus the unexpected sense of space. In what was an emotional time for the family, we met with a number of local agents in Queanbeyan to sell our families home. We needed a quick sale but didnt want to price it as other agents advised to market it at the bottom range. Brad recommended and explained in detail the auction process and the benefit of this to the family. We were happy with the result and it was $40,000 more than the lowest price given by other agents but right where Brad showed comparable sales. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for all your hard work that has gone into selling both our properties in Jerrabomberra and Queanbeyan, it was really hard to let go of the Jerrabomberra property as this was our first family home and it had a lot of sentimental attachment to it.
