Brad was fantastic throughout the whole process of selling our run down investment. He provided honest feedback on the current market and told us what we needed to do to get top dollar. After a recommendation from a colleague at work, and then subsequently meeting Brad for the first time. Both my wife and I knew that he was the right person to sell our much loved family home. He was personable but professional and had a lot of knowledge about the area but at no point came across like a "salesman". His valuation of our property was spot on and our house sold quickly.
