I have been dealing with Brad for many years now. He is approachable, always contactable and a really nice person. His experience in real estate allows him to give good, honest advice every time. I certainly wouldn’t risk being disappointed by using another agent. I’ll just stick with Brad. Anne

Brad has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has gone above and beyond to meet my demands and was very upfront and honest regarding the property I purchased through him. A rare and valued real estate agent.

Brad was fantastic during a difficult decision of selling the family home, he told us what we needed to hear. Great communicator and with empathy to match.... Thanks for being more than an agent! I would recommend Brad to anybody.

Brad was fantastic throughout the whole process of selling our run down investment. He provided honest feedback on the current market and told us what we needed to do to get top dollar. Brad showed extensive knowledge and experience of the Queanbeyan area. He was supportive and understanding of our particular needs and our limited experience in selling. I felt like I was in good hands. Brad continually communicated with us in each stage of the listing process and provided us feedback from potential buyers and also past sales. Our original campaign was to go to auction but this was not needed, Brad ensured us not to settle for less than what we wanted and was able to take our property to buyers in the market and sell before marketing. Brad was able to negotiate with our buyer a price that was what we wanted. Brad continued to put our needs and interest in getting top dollar as a priority rather than just making a sale. It was great to have Brad on our side.

After almost giving up on our property search Brad was recommended to us by a colleague. Brad was quick to respond and provide us with honest advice and recommendations that we had not initially considered. Throughout the purchase process Brad kept us in the loop to ensure a smooth transaction. We would strongly recommend Brad to any buyer, seller or landlord. Thanks Brad for finding us our perfect first home!

After a recommendation from a colleague at work, and then subsequently meeting Brad for the first time. Both my wife and I knew that he was the right person to sell our much loved family home. Brad was always positive and understood our personal situation of selling before we bought again and the issues of ‘organising' three small children. The timing wasn’t perfect with a looming Federal Election and winter fast approaching, however with all these hurdles the sale has gone flawlessly. With many thanks to Brad and his team we are now looking forward to start our next adventure and finding a new home.

Brad was lovely to deal with. He answered all of our questions and always got back to us sooner rather than later.

We were very happy with Brad and his team. They kept us well-informed with regular verbal and written updates. Brad appeared to have a great manner with buyers. We would definitely recommend Brad.

My wife and I have purchased and sold many properties over the past 25 years from many different agencies and agents. We would recommend Brad O'Mara as he has been the most professional agent we have dealt with in those 25 years.

Brad was fantastic!! We'd never sold a house before so had no idea what we were doing or what to expect. After our first meeting with Brad we knew he was our guy! He was personable but professional and had a lot of knowledge about the area but at no point came across like a "salesman". His valuation of our property was spot on and our house sold quickly. I cannot recommend Brad highly enough if you are looking for an honest, hardworking agent to sell your home.

From the moment I listed with Brad I knew that my property was safe. The process was explained to me and I was kept up to date at each stage. The speed bumps along the way were minimised and Brad took the time to make sure I had the information to keep my mind at ease. After my experience with Brad I would not list with anyone else.

After searching for almost 6 months; I purchased a house at auction through Brad O'Mara. Brad was very honest, straight down the line, genuinely friendly as opposed to schmoozy like some agents & kept in touch with me over the weeks leading up to auction as well as after I'd secured the property. His advice proved to be sound & accurate & I felt comfortable in being open with him without feeling like I would be put at a disadvantage for doing so. As well as almost every other Queanbeyan based real estate agency; I was dealing with Brad regarding a few different properties over the 6 month period & again, I found him to be open & he provided sound advice based on the brief I'd given him about what I was after & my budget. I have already recommended Brad to other people looking for a reputable agent & when I am ready to rent my property out; I'll be going through Brad to manage it as I wouldn't really trust anyone else based on my dealings with most agencies as a buyer. I know that as a future seller or landlord that I'm basing my choice of agent on my dealings with them as a buyer & I only want an agent like Brad who returned my calls, answered my queries, gave me sound advice, took time to build a rapport & gained my trust. I gave every other agent the opportunity to do the same thing but Brad was the only one who actually followed through on our. I highly recommend Brad O'Mara whether you are a seller, buyer, landlord or tenant.
