When I discussed the sale of the property with Brad I was guided by him for the Sale price he put a value of $610000-$630000 I thought this was reasonable having been offered $610000 by Brad in April by a buyer he had Also stated that in his opinion I would definitely get $600000+ from the first open house it was clear this wouldn't be achieved I was slightly disappointed in the fact he said he had buyers at that price I felt I was just told an inflated price to secure the property to sell I didn't have the opportunity to meet Brad he seems to be a lovely person and very helpful I would recommend him however I was disappointed with the final price but hey I didn't have to accept it
