Currently serving as the Licensee of the rental department, Sheldon holds a Class 1 Real Estate Licence, with her Stock and Station Agent accreditation soon to follow. These qualifications reflect her ongoing commitment to providing service that is not only professional and compliant but also honest, transparent, and tailored to each client’s needs. Sheldon began her real estate career in 2006 with the very agency she is proud to be part of once again today. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience working with leading agencies across the Hawkesbury and Hills Districts, further refining her skills and deepening her understanding of what landlords truly value: clear communication, proactive support, and genuine peace of mind. Equally, she approaches tenant relationships with empathy and respect, firmly believing that positive, balanced connections benefit everyone involved. Sheldon is also a qualified Justice of the Peace (JP) and finds great fulfillment in contributing to her local community whenever possible.
