I decided to try and sell my house for the third time and was feeling a little anxious as the first two times were expensive with no outcome. I looked at Realestate.com.au and saw that Kathy was selling houses left right and centre in my area so I thought I would give Ray White and in particular Kathy a try this time round. This decision turns out to have been one of the smartest decisions I have ever made. As I live interstate the way Kathy took control of the sale and dealing with tenants that were moving out left me feeling very relaxed. When Kathy recommended a sale range I was a little worried as I thought it may have been a bit high and I was a very enthusiastic seller but I thought she obviously knows the market and what is happening around the location. My house went live on the market on a Thursday with the first home open the following Sat and I could not believe that I had offers before the home open and even more after. All in all three days on the market and sold above my expectations. I fully believe this was due to Kathy's local knowledge, market awareness and experience.
