An excellent and experienced agent with great local market knowledge, and very approachable.
Kathy has excellent local market knowledge and portrays a very professional approach to her role. She is full of good tips and strategies to get the best out how to present the property. My property was a bit tricky as there was little sales evidence to support a firm price. However, with Kathy being so open and honest and her experience, it gave me comfort in putting my trust in her guidance and skills. She will be my go-to when (if) it comes time to move again.
