I decided to try and sell my house for the third time and was feeling a little anxious as the first two times were expensive with no outcome. I looked at Realestate.com.au and saw that Kathy was selling houses left right and centre in my area so I thought I would give Ray White and in particular Kathy a try this time round. This decision turns out to have been one of the smartest decisions I have ever made. As I live interstate the way Kathy took control of the sale and dealing with tenants that were moving out left me feeling very relaxed.
