When we first spoke to Elsie I stressed that we wanted to know a realistic sale price - what figure could we actually expect to get. I was disappointed that the figure advised was nearly 9% out, considering the market didn't shift that much during the period the house was on the market. Considering what appears to be Elsie's excellent market and area knowledge I fully expected to get close to what she originally advised as realistic. Perhaps I'm being hard, with it not being my area of expertise and considering the terrible market we were selling into. Apart from that, Elsie was excellent; a great communicator and quick to respond. Very professional and a successful sale at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Elsie.

Elsie was a delight to deal with at all times. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and always on a professional status. I live overseas and cannot believe how this did not phase Elsie at anytime. My phone calls were always answered and that was amazing considering the time difference was eights hours between the UK and Perth. My emails were also replied to promptly. Elsie was a fantastic with helping with the staging of the property. The twilight photos were stunning. Elsie went above and beyond to cater for all my concerns while I was abroad. Elsie actually topped up the pool and even on some occasions hand watered the front lawn. Absolutely amazing customer service.
