We recently viewed a property on a Sunday evening and Elsie took us straight to her office to complete an offer in writing, Elsie negotiated for us but was also fair to both parties. As a Seller, one can be quite worried at times, is the price to high, we think its worth more, why are other homes selling and not ours? The best thing to do, is listen to the advice, of one who knows her job. Elsie always puts our mind at rest, with the assurance, "it will sell", low and behold, it always does.
