Elsie knows her trade.
We were visiting from interstate and very time poor. Elsie arranged 3 units to look at which all fitted our requirements.We bought one and the process was made so easy as Elsie was super efficient and so helpful re finding us a settlemment agent and explaining the process which is a little different to what we have in TAS. Top agent, top experience!
I cannot recommend Elsie and her team more - They were very professional and made a genuine effort to understand what we wanted before showing us a whole bunch of homes. They always forthcoming and answered all our questions patiently, even if it meant going back to the seller multiple times. Finally and most importantly, Elsie went out of her way to arrange a viewing of the place we ended up buying, before it was open to the market. We will certainly go to her if we're buying again.

Selling our home & buying a new home
Elsie sold our home before the first home open. Her knowledge of the expected price range was spot on. Elsie knows the Baldivis market better than anyone else I know. Nothing was too much trouble for her & finding a new home through her was hassle free. I can not recommend Elsie highly enough.
