Fast, efficient and most of all friendly.
From day one Kathy was extremely professional and gave me excellent advice due to her vast experience in property management. She is just such a lovely lady and it was a pleasure having Kathy as my agent. I really can’t thank her enough for her role in getting me such a wonderful house at a great price that I really fell in love with and of course for the beautiful card and present as a kind gesture. If anyone out there has the opportunity to deal with Kathy they won’t be disappointed, she really looked after me.

Hire the best
I hired Kathy based on her sales performance. As soon as I met her I liked her and knew that any prospective buyers would like her and talk to her. This is so important when you are selling. Who wants a Sales Rep standing in the corner looking bored. Kathy engages the home viewers and gets to know what they want so if she has another property for sale she can offer to show them that. First time in my life I had such a positive and quick outcome. Thanks Kathy!

positive approach
Kathy maintained a positive approach through out the sales process ,given the listing was made in a period of sales downturn, together with the property having some Strata laws that would have discouraged interest from some buyers in the market.Furthermore,all communications and advice were made in a caring and timely manner.

Attracted multiple offers in a slow market
