Great Agent
After having our house on the market with another company for 465 days with no real interest from buyers or agent, we felt very reluctant to put our house back on the market. What a pleasant surprise ,when we first met Kathy. From the first day she was enthusiastic and very positive that we would sell our house, no price was discussed Kathy wanted to see what the market determined. Kathy kept us up to date every couple of days being very pro-active. And with in a week after signing contracts to go back on the market ,it was sold for the price we wanted . My husband and l would definitely recommend Kathy Wigfield to anybody who wants to sell their property.

Very friendly

We found Elsie's communication style to be exemplary, at every stage she kept in touch with us as buyers and followed through promptly on all our requests. She responded to all our enquiries often within the hour and as we are living interstate from the property, her caring consideration of our needs was very much appreciated. Exceptional service
Kathy has a very sound knowledge of the local realestate industry and sales with in area and supported by a fantastic office. She has provided exceptional support and service whilst we sold our family home and got us the best price possible more than any other agent had “promised” Previous agents offered lower commissions but in our experience also offered a less professional service and ultimately our home never sold. We heard so many good reviews about Kathy and on meeting her in person we knew she was the right agent for us. No promises, straight to the facts and Genuinely friendly and approachable, Kathy was more than just our agent she was a very caring and supportive friend as well during our sale process. Communication with Kathy through the whole process has been exceptional, she always answers her phone, always responded promptly to messages or emails and followed up with all potential buyer intrest in our property.
