I contacted Shane to assist me to sell my elderly Uncle Aunties family home. Shane knew the area well and provided me with comparable sales in the area. His suggestions regarding preparations to undertake before the sale of the house were sensible, and the target sale price was in the reasonable range. I asked Shane to visit my Uncle and Auntie and explain his sales plan. He spoke with them in a kind and gentle manner, no hard sell. We all agreed he was the agent we felt most comfortable with. Shane told us he had a list of potential buyers on his books, and he was confident he could make a quick sale. Shane was correct with his advice and we sold the house 9 days later at the target price. The buyers are a young couple and this family home suits their needs. When buying our first home we had looked at many, from many different agents. When we came across 118 Boone Road Shane was nothing but helpful and officiant. I was unable to see the house on its open day so when Nick requested if we could come on the Monday Shane was nothing but obliging.
