Overall our experience with Shane was good. He took the time to get to know the property and what we were looking for as sellers. He explained the current market conditions to us and provided fair estimations of pricing. He kept in regular communication throughout the process.

From when i first spoke to Shane he was very engaging and knowledgeable about the area. He worked fast to get it on the market and kept me informed at all times. He would always explain things well and seek information if i needed it. I was always kept up to date with prospective buyers and their feedback. Shane being as professional as he is was able to secure a buyer and my house went unconditional within 6 weeks of first being advertised. I am extremely happy with the result and would recommend Shane from Ray White to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks Shane for a smooth experience and working through the challenge of me living in New Zealand

Just wanted to give a big thank you to Shane for a seamless and quick sale making sure both buyers and sellers were happy. Shane was such a great communicator throughout the whole process. He was so prompt at getting back to us with any queries we had. His knowledge of the market put us at ease, and his sense of humour also made the experience enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked to deal with a better agent. We highly recommend Shane.

And like most things in life, you get what you pay for !... and this bloke delivered with current updates, online details property details & personal calls to make sure I was totally happy with how everything was tracking.
