I found Shane to be well informed about the local market. He seems to understand the difficulties of dealing with a deceased estate and was understanding helpful and compassionate. He did all within his power to make the transition as simple as possible and combined his professionalism and humanity seamlessly. If you want the job done I would recommend Shane Fox in a minute.

Shane and his team were brilliant to work with again! We had already purchased a home through Shane, so we knew we could rely on him for his honesty, professionalism, and exceptional knowledge of the industry. Shane constantly kept us up to date and in the loop of all communication regarding the sale of our property. Shane is a straightforward person, so there were never any false expectations or unrealistic outcomes given. Yet he listens, offers great advice and cares! And we achieved an outcome with which we were extremely happy. I would not hesitate to work with Shane again and would highly recommend him and his team to help in the buying or selling of your property.
