We recently sold a property with Shane, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. From our very first phone enquiry, he was proactive and professional—asking permission to view the property from the outside since we live in the city and the home was on the peninsula. Within the hour, he came back to us with a rough estimate and an appointment time to meet. When we met, he was enthusiastic, genuine, and understanding—never pushy or trying a hard sell. He also recognised the emotion involved in selling a much-loved family home, which we truly appreciated. The whole process was smooth and fast, with the property listed on Tuesday and sold by Saturday. I couldn’t recommend Shane highly enough!
