My wife and I were fortunate to engage Shane Fox to recently sell our property in Rosebud. We consulted with three or four agents before settling on Shane and Tanjil and are pleased that we did. Shane gave us the space and time to make a considered decision before signing with Ray White. His manner was very supportive and kind - he built a rapport with us which continued throughout. In every way we found Shane to be most professional - from the practical advice offered to suggestions of presentation through to his understanding of our particular circumstances as well as the logistics and legalities of the sale. We found the attention to detail was second to none. He worked exceptionally well with our conveyancer which gave us much comfort in knowing everything was in hand. He continued to display an empathic, caring and supportive understanding throughout the whole process - and ultimately achieved a better result than what we were expecting which was due in no small part to Shane's efforts. We have no hesitation in recommending Shane.
