Shane was always a likeable social friend throughout the sale process, something which was quite foreign to us. He guided us with his immense knowledge, gave great feedback on OFI’s which led us to a nice outcome. Would highly recommend Shane.

My wife and I were fortunate to engage Shane Fox to recently sell our property in Rosebud. We consulted with three or four agents before settling on Shane and Tanjil and are pleased that we did. Shane gave us the space and time to make a considered decision before signing with Ray White. His manner was very supportive and kind - he built a rapport with us which continued throughout. In every way we found Shane to be most professional - from the practical advice offered to suggestions of presentation through to his understanding of our particular circumstances as well as the logistics and legalities of the sale. We found the attention to detail was second to none. He worked exceptionally well with our conveyancer which gave us much comfort in knowing everything was in hand. He continued to display an empathic, caring and supportive understanding throughout the whole process - and ultimately achieved a better result than what we were expecting which was due in no small part to Shane's efforts. We have no hesitation in recommending Shane.

Shane is a caring knowledgeable estate agent who works to help buyer and purchaser equally which is rare in today’s real estate transactions. He responds immediately to phone calls which is very important to me and is assertive and professional however not pushy at all. I’m very happy doing business with Shane and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.
