Shane has been exceptional to deal with, I have had many dealings with real estate agents in the past but Shane stands out in terms of prompt and friendly service, constant communication but most of all going back & forth working till 8.45pm on a Saturday night to get the deal through for us shows true dedication. Our dealings with Shane were wonderful. We were in Rosebud for the weekend to inspect several properties and communicated with many agents leading up to our eventual purchase with Ray White. Lets just say our experience with other agents was less than impressive. One agent became verbally aggressive when we told him we were not interested in a property he showed us through. We had a great experience with Shane and Tanjil who were both very courteous and accommodating, they did not draw things out and waste our time and worked with the timeframe we had before leaving. We would definitely recommend Ray White to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

Dealt with Tanjil and Shane, things went as expected and no nasty surprises. Upfront and professional and the only issue was with the air con which he straight away came over and worked it out. Only way to improve on the service would be the welcome gift perhaps add staples any new home owner could use straight away like sugar, salt, tea, coffee, olive oil etc.

Our purchase was conducted through Tanjil Williams, Shane's assistant, who provided us with exemplary service. Meeting initially at another property, Tanjil followed up then introduced us to the one we bought after a private inspection. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without being intrusive. We are experience purchasers and we are happy to say this was among the smoothest transactions we have made. We only met Shane after we paid our deposit but he seems like a pleasant person too. too.
