Great and gets the job done!

Easy to do business with, good result.
Shane was reliable and communicated very well. Sale price was pitched was above market value however end sale result was solid and a good one for my parents. Overall a very good experience end to end. I would recommend Shane and his team at Ray White Rosebud to anyone.

Exceptional process and result
Shane is to be commended for the sales process. He was prompt and efficient in all the dealings with us. From the discussion about the Peninsular and the current market conditions; to the pre sales contracting, discussions around sales process, specific marketing advice and fees etc. to the buyer negotiations and sale of the property Shane and his team kept us informed directly by phone. Once the buyer was on the hook and made a concrete offer, Shane was able to negotiate a higher sell price which we were extremely happy with. We are happy to recommend Shane to anyone wanting to sell their property.
