Unexplained lack of interest in property by possible buyers when other agents were saying area was booming. Clearly advice that property could be sold while tennanted was poor. Told that cleanup by Tennant was completed but was poorly done and rubbish still on property. Should have insisted better job done or delay sale and remove tennant. Last week before auction few viewings if any while Fox went on holiday. Even after failed auction no change of approach was recommended. Not proactive enough to promote interest in property.
