best agent ever!
right from the first time shane came over to give us a valuation on our property we knew he would be our choice of agent. he was so impressive with his knowledge of the area, real estate and even on what to do or not to do when it came to presentation of our property. he was always available for advise, never late for opens, and had bases covered even little things like bringing flowers to brighten up the kitchen. he gave us a report every week by phone and email. we would highly recommend Shane .

Shane Fox means business. He is a straight-talking, tell-it-like-it-is kind of guy with whom I immediately formed a rapport. I met Shane at a difficult time in my life when my sisters and I were faced with selling my father’s house after he passed away – a daunting prospect. We invited Shane to provide us with advice about selling the property. Shane gave us constructive feedback as to how to present the property for sale. We were given a realistic estimate of the value of the house and the best way to proceed to achieve a successful sale. Shane told us his honest opinion, not just ‘what we wanted to hear’ in order to get the listing, ie an inflated estimate of the value of the house. My sisters and I felt very comfortable with Shane. As women, he treated us with the utmost respect and he was always ready to listen to our questions or suggestions. Once we engaged Shane to sell our father’s property, his expertise, professionalism and experience were evident. We knew we had made the right choice of agent. Shane was always true to his word. He phoned not only myself, but also my sisters, with regular updates on the sales campaign. He regularly emailed us with information about potential buyers feedback. His communication with us was excellent. Shane negotiated a price and settlement that we were all thrilled with. He made an emotional difficult process as smooth as possible for us. Outstanding Service Again!!
After selling our previous house, Shane knew exactly what we were looking for to buy next, and did his upmost to find us our next property! Once located the purchase experience of our new property was prompt and seamless. Would definitely sell and or buy from Shane again!!
