Shane has extensive experience in the Mornington Peninsula real estate market and provided us with a detailed marketing strategy for our Rosebud property. Throughout the sale period we were provided with market data to review and a weekly report on the feedback from those that attended either an open house or private viewing. Actually a Gentleman
in the past most people have issues in dealing with agents ...playing games with the price etc but with Shane what I saw is what I got....the problem was I am exactly the same ...what you see is what you get. The outcome was achieved with all parties HAPPY , negotiations where easy ..actually I was on holidays overseas and the deal occurred and Shane called me to confirm all was good...Shane knows the Mornington Peninsula better than most people that I have dealt with down there before...in summary a knowledgeable character who knows his stuff HIGHLY recommended

Fine fine lad!!
Shane demonstrated sound knowledge of his industry and was extremely thorough and efficient in all areas of the negotiating process of purchasing a property. Shane was friendly, confident and sympathetic to my requests and was always happy to accept my calls, despite the inconvenient times. From the day Jenni and l met Shane Fox we were in good hands. This followed on when l introduced Shane to both my brothers. He was up-front, professional and delicate when it came to what needed to be done with Dad's house. We took all on board and within only 3 weeks of the house being on the market it was sold. (Keep in mind this was over the busy period of Christmas). Shane went out of his way to keep not only Jenni and l up to date with what was happening but also my brothers.
