On the first day having an interview with Emma and her daughter Hannah, as well as our daughter Trina, she was good at discussing like explaining in detail the current market on Tamborine Mountain. Then we felt comfortable. She was careful dealing with some would-be buyers. We would recommend her. Trina said Emma was very helpful discussing through phone.

I cannot recommend Emma highly enough. Selling my property was an unusually difficult process, involving a caveat and an 18-month delay before settlement. Throughout it all, she showed exceptional professionalism patience and experience managing the complexities whilst keeping the purchaser confident and committed. She is without doubt one of the most professional and highly respected agents in the Mt Tamborine area and deserves the highest accolades. I am extremely grateful for her support and expertise and very pleased I placed my property in her capable hands to finally achieve a successful settlement.

Emma from Ray White is a very good negotiator and communicator and is a pleasure to work with. We were kept informed every step of the way and given the right advice at the right time. Emma was able to secure a good price for the property and the whole family was very happy with her work.

Hannah turned up the same day as I enquired over the phone for a valuation. Valuable time was spent talking and advising, listening and learning about how a campaign would be handled, the costs involved and any other queries I had taken care of

Went beyond what was asked to do of her. She looked after us so well there is nothing we can do to repay what she has done for us. This lady is a gem and if we ever want to buy property in QLD we will definitely be contacting Emma.

Emma has sold two of our homes in a very professional way. Each home was well marketed and therefore sold in a very short time. Communication during the sale process was timely and well informed.

Emma was very helpful through every step of the sales process. Excellent communication throughout. Emma knew the market we were selling in and helped us achieve a higher price than we were expecting. We will be using Emma again when we sell our next property.
