Michael is a rare breed - an excellent salesperson with highly developed emotional intelligence. As an agent I found him receptive to my suggestions, extremely efficient, professional and effective. Managed to sell my property before it was even listed for a fair price with the minimum of fuss. Perfect

Michael achieved an excellent result on the recent sale of our apartment with the price exceeding our expectations. His knowledge of our area and the market/ comparable recent sales was impressive. He kept us constantly updated on the progress of our auction campaign and his feedback allowed us to plan our sales strategy with confidence that he was working with us to achieve the best result possible.

Selling with Michael not only ended with success in excess of our wishes but the level of confidence, communication and knowledge of Southbank’s market and our sale was wonderful. The campaign was down to earth with regular expert communication in a down to earth manner and all daily reports were data driven and decisions made in full consultation. Having sold in several markets and states, I only wish there were more Michaels out there!! Highly recommended.

Michael is an exemplary Estate Agent. Constant professionalism, strategic thinking in marketing, price, communication and always delivering on his promises. An excellent analytical approach, fosters strong relationships with prospective buyers, with patience to guide me through the sale process. He brought passion for property in every engagement. It takes a lot to put trust in an Estate Agent who is charged with selling your home. I would highly recommend Michael.

Michael and Georgia from Ray White Southbank were both lovely to deal with. Honest, top notch communications and got us the price we wanted. Even better than what other agent got a few months ago with more supplies in the market. We would definitely recommend Michael and Georgia to all our friends. Thank you both!

From the moment I spoke to Michael he made me feel confident in his knowledge and was realistic about what the market was doing and where our listing would sit in it. His regular updates in regards to the response at opens and advertising etc. gave us a very clear understanding of where we stood and what to expect each week. When we got to the point of offers rolling in, it was clear that Michael was acting ethically and again, communicating very well with all parties. Thank you Michael for making our selling experience a positive one. It's worth noting that we had listed previously with another agent without success and enquired with a large competitor who's terms were far less favourable as well being less personable. Again, Thank you Michael.

I am a real estate agent with over 15 years of experience and run my own real estate company in the US. I needed to find an agent in Southbank who could help sell my mothers penthouse apartment. I did some research and found Michael Pastrikos. I spoke with Michael, and he immediately answered all of my questions articulately, his experience and knowledge of the market shining through, and that his ethics, integrity and customer service were obvious from his answers. When I met with Michael at the home he was honest in his appraisal, and his recommendations of prep work that would give a good return on investment. After receiving quotes back from my own sourced contractors and Michaels, Michaels were about half the price of the others I received, so we used Michaels. With me back and forth from the US, Michael helped manage the prep work, and also managed the styling. He communicated, in detail, at every step of the way. An auction date was set, and Michael commenced marketing the home. His execution of the marketing was superb (and has resulted in our 'raising our game' on video). In a pre-auction meeting, Michael spent time explaining the strategy and how the reserve is set and what to expect. Everything he described occurred, with the resultant sale price far exceeding our expectations. Michael not only met my expectations of what an excellent real estate agent should be like, but he far exceeded them also. You will not go wrong choosing Michael to represent you. I can honestly say that Michael is the best of the best, and I would not hesitate to use him again!

Michael and Georgia were both fantastic. From start to finish, they were both professional, helpful and fantastic in their communication. Despite the uncertainties in the market with the effects of COVID and multiple lock downs, it was thanks to their tireless hard work that we got a fantastic result. As a first-time vendor, I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done and would definitely recommend them both to anyone selling (or buying).

Michael was knowledgeable, professional and gently guided us throughout the sales process. When our apartment hit the market it was softening and Michael pulled out all stops to get us the best possible price in those conditions. We were very thankful to have him working with us.
