Michael is not only a Southbank specialist with deep knowledge of the market, he’s most importantly a hardworking, trustworthy nice guy! Nothing has ever been too much trouble for him - his catchphrase is “leave it with me” and you know he really means it. I can’t praise him enough for the job he has done for me through two difficult sales.

I feel very blessed to have been referred to Michael. Living overseas and needing to sell our Apartment in Melbourne seemed a very difficult task. I had no idea how I was to manage this. Michael made it so easy, always available to answer any queries I had. His knowledge and expertise in the business is outstanding. He was honest, fair and genuinely very caring, continually kept me updated and would go out of his way to help where he could. I would highly recommend Michael, whether needing to sell or buy.

Michael was easy to deal with. His meticulous and systematic approach is a result of a previous career as an engineer. Michael had an excellent handle on likely buyers, their responses to the property, and their budgets. This allowed us to have a strong strategy in the lead up to the auction, and meant that we achieved a very good result on the day. Can't recommend Michael highly enough

Our experience dealing with Michael during sale campaign of our apartment in Southbank could be described as truely exceptional. Without any doubt that he has got great knowledge of property market, and excellent skillset in dealing with many different types of potential buyers. From the first meeting to the settlement, Michael guided us in the most professional and friendly manner. It goes without saying that we would certainly recommend Michael and his team to our friends and family.
