From the onset of initial contact with Michael Pastrikos, we were impressed with his commitment and knowledge of the Southbank (Vic) market. During a very tough selling period due to lockdowns in Victoria, his commitment and enthusiasm remained strong as well as the communication regarding potential purchasers. His personable nature combined with his professionalism lead to the sale of our unique river front property. Michael was always responsive, friendly, straight forward and honest with a modern approach to customer service as well as using relative technical reporting and data analysis. We would not hesitate to contact Michael again regarding future purchasing or selling in this innercity Melbourne precinct.
