Michael has a good understanding of the market and was able to give me good advise regarding advertisement and pricing of the property. Despite delay due to uncooperative tenant, we managed to market my property and was sold in no time at a good price. Michael kept me in touch throughout the process though i am based overseas. I am truely impressed with such an agent.

We engaged Michael to sell our apartment in Southbank, he told us that he had buyers in his database that would be interested. After one inspection he showed a few of them through and was able to negotiate sale which exceeded our expectations. It was a very smooth and easy sale, anyone selling in the inner city should contact Michael first.

It’s a competitive market out there. Michael came through despite being given quite a unique and not a very easy task. What I cherish the most in real estate agents is for them to be able to clearly follow the client’s instructions. Michael turned out to be the best. I can certainly recommend him to any client who has a clear vision of what he or she is looking for. Michael will win your battle for you!

We met Michael at two open inspections in neighbouring apartment buildings one Saturday. He displayed excellent knowledge of both buildings, and the surrounding area, and took the time to talk in depth with us and understand our needs. He then facilitated our participation in the auction by phone from our home city. This worked perfectly and we were the successful bidder. Throughout the process he has been responsive and easy to work with, highly professional, and an excellent communicator.

Michael was exceptional. After initially speaking to other agencies in the area, I can confidently say that his knowledge of the Southbank market was second to none. Michael guided me through the process and provided me with constant updates, which made the process easier for me as a first time seller. He was professional throughout and easy to work with. He worked to ensure that the property was sold at the best price and I was very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

Michael is very professional and experienced in the local area in terms of sales activity, availability and comparative values. He identified the key and unique selling points of my apartment and marketed it accordingly. He kept me regularly updated during the sales campaign and also maintained regular contact with multiple potential buyers so they remained interested right up to the auction.

We recently purchased our lifestyle dream apartment from Michael. Our first enquiry was made while we were interstate and Michael was able to provide the necessary detail that we required to garner our interest. During the 'Opens' Michael was extremely professional and courteous. He gave all people viewing the apartment 'equal' attention and was able to answer all questions. He also maintained contact with me during the campaign ensuring any additional queries I had were answered. The auction resulted in a good outcome for both the vendor and ourselves. And following the auction, Michael has stayed in touch and demonstrated that he is passionate about customer service. I would highly recommend him to both buyers and sellers.
