We were purchasing a property from interstate and Michael was the selling agent for the property we wanted. Whilst obviously getting the best price possible out of us for his client he made the entire process as easy possible with great communication and follow up even with the 3 hour time difference, often taking calls and texts at 6 or 7pm Melbourne time! He also took time after the deal was agreed to ensure we had everything in place for our son to move into the property.
