Michael helped us sell our apartment in a low rise development. He demonstrated strong knowledge of the market and in particular the niche type of property we had. We found him to be highly professional and polite throughout the entire sale process. Michael developed and presented us with a strategy that was clear and effective. He was more than generous with his time providing us with constant feedback and insight as the sale campaign went on. We did not end up selling at auction but understandably it was in part due to factors outside of our control (market uncertainty). Michael did not pressure us at all to sell at below our expectation so we placed our trust in him and he delivered a price we were happy with. All the more, Michael never made us feel pressured or stressed throughout the whole sale process.
