Michael Pastrikos impressed me when I attended "open for inspection" sites as part of my process in choosing a real estate agent for myself. The clincher was his impressive performance as an auctioneer for a Southbank property where he was extremely skilled and showed his deep knowledge of and love for the area, older properties especially. Nothing was too much trouble for Michael, going out of his way to ensure that we understood every part of the sale process and where we stood in terms of market value. He set our expectations of current market conditions and was not afraid of having an open and honest conversation to ensure we were fully abreast of our status during the campaign. He followed up on every lead possible and was able to give us detailed updates at the drop of a hat on all interested parties 24/7. His ability to read situations and people meant that the stress was taken out of the process as we knew we were in good hands with someone who cared just as much as we did about our end price. His passion, drive, thoroughness and honesty were second to none and I would highly recommend him as an agent for any property.

Michael was brilliant all throughout the process of selling our Southbank apartment. Even before we'd secured him as an agent he was making follow up phone calls, not pushy ones, just updates. I knew from that moment that we would love to work with him. He was very professional, always did what he said he was going to do and promptly followed up as necessary. He always kept us fully informed throughout the whole process and simplified things in a way that just made it easy for us. I can't thank you enough MIchael for guiding us through our sale. I highly recommend Michael to assist you with buying/selling your home. Thank you again.
