Formerly a Ray White franchise, Andrew and Greg jumped at the opportunity to acquire the office when the previous owners decided to sell. Strategically located, it was an obvious acquisition and complements The Group’s other offices perfectly. Being in the heart of the Southport CBD it is a strong asset for the Commercial side of the business as well as the housing and fast growing units market. Many developers have embraced the opportunity for expansion in Southport and recent constructions of high rise building units combined with commercial offices and shops on lower levels is seeing a dramatic change to the cosmopolitan landscape. Encompassing the surrounding suburbs of Labrador, Parkwood, Arundel, Molendinar and Ashmore it expands The Groups presence and service to another 25,000 residents as well as the sales and leasing of shops, offices and factories that occupy the region. A refit of the premises has given the office the capacity to employ an additional twenty five sales people across all divisions as well as enabling The Group to set up a dedicated training facility for use by the entire company, another first for The Group and a sure sign of Andrew’s and Greg’s commitment to education and training. Sensing an exciting change, many of the sales staff from the former office elected to stay and join The Group and have been valuable assets in the acquisition bringing years of experience and contacts to the Company. knowledgeable with all aspects of the sale and set up

after finding a unit we liked but missed the sale when a unit came up for sale that matched our requirements they had called to say that they found the place that would meet our needs and we had actually bought the place and used them for the sale of our place. The way they knew what people were looking and find suitable listings was spot on. They were also very approachable and made you feel welcoming.

Honest and professional.

My experience of selling a property through Clare and the Ray White team was very positive. She was very upfront about the costs of marketing, so there were no nasty surprises at the conclusion. Clare kept me informed every step of the way, and talked me through some of the trickier moments. She was calm and supportive throughout the entire sales process, and at every step went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend Clare for anyone selling in the Gold Coast area.
