Formerly a Ray White franchise, Andrew and Greg jumped at the opportunity to acquire the office when the previous owners decided to sell. Strategically located, it was an obvious acquisition and complements The Group’s other offices perfectly. Being in the heart of the Southport CBD it is a strong asset for the Commercial side of the business as well as the housing and fast growing units market. Many developers have embraced the opportunity for expansion in Southport and recent constructions of high rise building units combined with commercial offices and shops on lower levels is seeing a dramatic change to the cosmopolitan landscape. Encompassing the surrounding suburbs of Labrador, Parkwood, Arundel, Molendinar and Ashmore it expands The Groups presence and service to another 25,000 residents as well as the sales and leasing of shops, offices and factories that occupy the region. A refit of the premises has given the office the capacity to employ an additional twenty five sales people across all divisions as well as enabling The Group to set up a dedicated training facility for use by the entire company, another first for The Group and a sure sign of Andrew’s and Greg’s commitment to education and training. Sensing an exciting change, many of the sales staff from the former office elected to stay and join The Group and have been valuable assets in the acquisition bringing years of experience and contacts to the Company. From the start of the process of seeing the property and making the offer, to the end of settlement and even after everything was wrapped up, Clare was absolutely amazing and lovely to deal with. We found Mike and Claire to honest and friendly with a can fo attitude

They were pro active in suggesting different ways to get a great sale and we found the whole process to be faultless. As we were away during the process we were kept up to date with all proceedings. Able to secure a quick sale from their data base. Minor issues raised in building inspection were an easy fix with suggested tradesmen that were reasonably priced. All in all extremely blessed to sell with these two. Thank you
