Mike is very much the professional real estate agent, the kind you prefer to work with. We signed the contract, negotiations took place and within 2 hours we owned a new house. Everything went nice and smoothly and communication with Mike has been great. My daughter especially loved the bottled water and Mentos mints that he had on the table for people viewing the open house. It's the smaller things that leave a larger impact.
