From the minute we first met Mike Roberts until settlement date, we were pleased with the outstanding service provided to us. Mike showed empathy and understanding, was knowledgeable and at all times displayed enthusiasm and dedication. His attention to detail was noticed and appreciated. No job was too small or too big, no question went unanswered and we were kept inform of progress on a very regular basis. We really appreciated everything that Mike did for us and have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective clients who are looking at selling/buying a property.

Super fast sell
With a very tight deadline to meet & plenty of competitors in the area, Clare had her work cut out for her. So we were pleasantly surprised when we were presented with several offers for our property on the very first open house inspection. It was also great to know that our home for over 11 years was going to a couple who had great plans to improve it. Thanks Clare!

Honest and professional
Mike took away all the stress associated with selling a property. He kept me fully informed all the way through the process, from the initial appraisal day until settlement day. Mike's honesty, knowledge, friendly personality and excellent communication skills enable him to quickly earn the trust of his clients. Mike is professional and reliable at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and if Mike didn't know the answer to something he would endeavour to find out. Next time I am buying or selling a property Mike will be my number 1 choice.

A True Gentleman!!

An agent who goes above and beyond
Clare, prior to listing with her and since, kept us informed about the property market in Southport. She has great marketing material, good contacts and genuinely has the best interests of buyers and vendors in mind. We always felt we were on the same page. When we were away and unable to deal with a flood in our apartment, she handled all the details to make sure there was minimal property damage and kept all the relevant parties informed. We would highly recommend her if you are thinking of selling your property.

Sold at asking price within 3 weeks
Mike worked tirelessly to assure we got the best price for our property. Nothing was to much trouble for Mike and he always followed every lead and kept us in the loop the entire time. I couldn't recommend Mike Roberts highly enough to anyone thinking of selling there property.
