We have dealt with a number of different agents in different areas over many years and haven't dealt with anyone better. He presented a very well prepared market comparison brochure and followed it through with enthusiasm for the marketing of our property achieving a very satisfactory result in a most acceptable time span. Property purchase in Ashmore
Mike is very much the professional real estate agent, the kind you prefer to work with. We signed the contract, negotiations took place and within 2 hours we owned a new house. Everything went nice and smoothly and communication with Mike has been great. My daughter especially loved the bottled water and Mentos mints that he had on the table for people viewing the open house. It's the smaller things that leave a larger impact. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mike to any future clients.

Clare Brettell has just sold our unit in Southport. Clare has been brilliant as an agent. From the moment she took on the selling process, she gave us a realistic appraisal of the property, she kept us fully informed as to interest in the property, results of open house which were held frequently. She negotiated well for us and was there checking and confirming all was well for the settlement of the unit. We would thoroughly recommend her when buying or selling property.

Super fast sell
With a very tight deadline to meet & plenty of competitors in the area, Clare had her work cut out for her. So we were pleasantly surprised when we were presented with several offers for our property on the very first open house inspection.
