After receiving a notice to vacate, I was desperately trying to find a house for my family. The market being as competitive as it is, I was applying everywhere locally with success. I submitted an application for a property the agency manages and Tommy responded quickly to my emails and allowed my husband to submit an application after forgetting to include him.. oops.. Most agents wouldn't reply to my messages, or provide any response to my applications or feedback if unsuccessful. Tommy kept in touch and was elated when he called to say I'd gotten the house! Nyah is our property manager and she's been very responsive, really helpful regarding the key collection arrangements and sorted out lease and bond sign within 30 mins of verbally accepting the property. Best experience with a real estate.. ever!.. I can't say how much I appreciate both Tommy and Nyah's client focus.. made a very stressful and worrying house hunt the happy ending I had been hoping for!
