I’ve been renting through Ray White Springwood for 3 1/2 years and developed an amazing relationship. When the time came to move, I patiently waited for them to find me a new place. The level of professionalism made me want to only deal with the same people again. The entire team work hand in hand with tenants to provide a harmonious relationship that I have rarely seen in the industry. Many agents blatantly misrepresent properties and waste the time of potential tenants but this is definitely not the case with this team. A great experience overall with a smooth move in. Tommy really went the extra mile to accomodate our request to move in early. Being new to the country it was a big help. I am not sure how you are supposed to rate your agent the week you move in… the office has been closed and regardless of that, this email is ridiculous spam and has been an annoyance. Spam emailed to ask for a review when I haven’t had a single communication with my agent other than asking for bond money and to let me know I can not access my garage and now it is costing me money for storage. I would suggest maybe spamming your tenants after 3-6 months so they can give a real review and not this nonsense.
